The dress featured halterneck straps, a sweetheart neckline, a thigh-high leg slit, and dazzling silver sparkles. To amplify the glamour, she added a massive white fur coat and shimmering jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz. Her appearance embodied the essence of the event's dress code, "Tailored for You," which was inspired by the Costume Institute's exhibition, "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style."

Partnering with rapper Doechii and basketball star Angel Reese, she shared a video on Instagram reviewing the food. "Hottie Cam in thee MET GALA," she captioned the post.
The trio sampled cornbread and caviar, white truffle lobster roll, vegan lox, curry chicken bites, and hamachi sushi, offering their honest opinions. While Doechii loved the lobster roll, Megan wasn't a fan of the vegan lox. The rapper even admitted with a laugh, "We're not supposed to have our phones. I snuck the phone inside. I'm not supposed to have this."
