Lord Huron Announces ‘The Cosmic Selector Vol. 1’ Album, Unveils New Single ‘Looking Back’
Lord Huron, the acclaimed Los Angeles project helmed by Ben Schneider, is gearing up for a massive tour and the release of their highly anticipated new album, 'The Cosmic Selector Vol. 1'. The album promises a blend of their signature hauntingly atmospheric sound with unique collaborations.
Following the release of singles like "Who Laughs Last?" featuring Kristen Stewart and "Nothing I Need," Lord Huron has officially announced the album's arrival on July 18th via Mercury Records. The album's title, 'The Cosmic Selector Vol. 1', refers to a jukebox-like device visualized in the album's cover art, sparking curiosity about fate and choice.

The newly released single, "Looking Back," serves as the album's opener and beautifully showcases Schneider's prowess with guitar, harp, and cello. Schneider describes the song as reflecting on how "the weight of your past can distort your present and future, the way massive celestial objects warp the fabric of the universe... This song wonders if it’s possible to let go, or if looking back is a fundamental law of existence."
'The Cosmic Selector Vol. 1' Tracklist:

- Bag Of Bones
