The music video for "I Want Blood" is a visual feast, complementing the album's heavy and introspective nature. Co-produced by Cantrell and Joe Barresi, the album was recorded at JHOC Studio in Pasadena, California, and has been praised by critics for its raw energy and top-notch musicianship. Los Angeles Times lauded the album's "heavy, nuanced songs," while Kerrang! called it a "thunderous solo album that you can file alongside his best work."

Cantrell's "I Want Blood" tour is set to kick off on August 16 in San Diego, CA, bringing his latest music to fans across the U.S. Joining him on this journey is Filter, adding another layer of rock pedigree to the already impressive lineup. The tour promises a blend of classic Cantrell guitar riffs and the industrial rock sounds of Filter, making it a must-see event for rock enthusiasts.
