"They also named the music class at the college after me," Boosie shared on Instagram, capturing the magnitude of the moment. "What don't kill you only makes you stronger. Dr. Hatch 'I'm bout to get some buizness cards made. All this is God's plan.'"
During the ceremony in Louisiana, Bishop Dr. Michael Bates Sr. eloquently articulated the significance of the award: "We are here to honor you. Your pain has not been wasted. Platform has a purpose. Your legacy is just beginning. We know your name as Lil Boosie. Heaven will now know you as Dr. Hatch."

"Ima be fighting these people again, these feds, but I got my faith up,” Boosie expressed. “And it’s crazy ‘cause I was down down Friday, and yesterday is Saturday. Heritage University made me a doctor. That’s how God works. Like, I’m a doctor. Doctor Hatch. I’m a doctor, dog. This s**t crazy. This s**t feel like— I wanted to cry.”
