Alive, he was loved; in death, AKA is also deeply loved. Evidence abounds of this reality, the most recent being a fan tattooing the rapper’s name and image on his arm following his tragic death on February 10.
AKA was cut down by the assassin’s bullets on February 10 soon after he stepped out of Wish Restaurant with his associates. Also murdered on that day was his former manager Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane.
The death shocked the whole nation and, not surprisingly, theories started flying on who might have ordered the hit. Some people stubbornly point at Moses Tembe, the father of AKA’s late lover Anele Tembe. But the businessman denied the claims, describing the crime as “abhorrent.”
Anyway, the fans have been showing their love for the SupaMega, and one of them captured attention recently when he inked the rapper on his hand. A Twitter user with the handle @RubuThulisa shared a picture of what he said is his friend’s hand.
The hand is shown to reflect AKA’s given name and his pictures. You can check it out below.
While some tweeps praised the fan for the ink of the “Fela in Versace” rapper, others criticised him for it, insisting they wouldn’t go to such “extremes.”
