Joe Perry Assembles Rock Royalty: Aerosmith, Black Crowes & STP Members Unite for 2025 Tour!
Get ready for a rock and roll supergroup! Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry has announced The Joe Perry Project tour for August 2025, and the lineup is nothing short of legendary. Joining Perry on stage will be Black Crowes vocalist Chris Robinson, Stone Temple Pilots members Robert DeLeo and Eric Kretz, and Perry's Aerosmith bandmates, Brad Whitford and Buck Johnson.
The eight-city North American tour kicks off on August 13th in Tampa, Florida, and concludes on August 23rd in Port Chester, New York. Stops include Toronto, Boston, and other major cities, promising a thrilling experience for rock fans.
"Well … it’s time to let the music do the talkin again," Perry exclaimed. "I’m really excited about the JPP line up this year!!!! Most of these guys played with me at The Roxy in L.A. at the debut event for my latest solo album [Sweetzerland Manifesto] in January 2018. They’re all busy as hell but thankfully they’re able to carve out some time for this run."
Perry emphasized the eclectic nature of the performances: "The set list is gonna include my fav JPP cuts, STP, Black Crowes, and with Brad we'll be hitting the Aero hits and some deep cuts and then ya never know!!!! Gonna be a BLAST, and if you've ever been to one of my shows you know the words GARAGE BAND on STEROIDS come to mind! See you there!!!!"
The Joe Perry Project has a rich history, touring and releasing music with various lineups since 1979. This latest iteration brings together iconic musicians from different corners of the rock world, creating a truly unique experience.
